| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员在创新人才培养中是有重要作用,但一些主、客观因素影响了其积极性。在参与创新人才培养中,辅导员应提高认识,加强学习,激发学生兴趣,指导学生学习,善于组织形式多样的第二课堂,科学评价学生,促进创新活动的开展。

| Abstract: | Instructors play an important role in the work of ideological and political education for students,but some subjective and objective factors influence its initiative.In participation in the work of talents cultivation,instructors should deepen the understanding,strengthen their learning,stimulate students' interests,guide their learning,be good at organizing second classroom with various activities,scientifically evaluate students and promote the development of innovative activities. |
