| Abstract: | Performance appraisal of teachers in higher vocational schools should be insisted on principles of all-round, scientific,fair and oriented.A scientific and dynamic appraisal system should be constructed,paying attention to the appraisal of ability,process and result so as to activate teachers of their working motivation and to promote their professional development. |
