| 摘 要： | 为管理专业研究生开设管理研究方法论课程很有必要。笔者在教学中对这门课程的教学目标、教学模块、多样化教学方法以及个人与团队实训方式进行探索,以有效提高管理专业研究生的科研能力和科研水平。
