| 摘 要： | 高校调整合并和高校招生规模的扩大造就一校多区现象,加大了高校学生管理工作的难度。学生管理工作应坚持以人为本,更新管理观念,确立新思路,探索新内容,开辟新途径,促进学生全面素质的提高。

| Abstract: | The regulation and integration of university and the large enrollment make a university share several campuses, which gives difficulties to the work of management in university. The work for students’ management should stick to human-oriented, update the management concept, foster new thoughts, probe the new contents, and develop new means to promote students’ overall quality. |
