| 摘 要： | 以人为本是科学发展观的核心,深刻理解以人为本,才能全面把握科学发展观的精神实质和科学内涵。人是最宝贵、最重要的战略资源,企业参与市场竞争离不开人,企业的发展更离不开人。因此,在企业管理中,必须切实体现以人为中心的管理。

| Abstract: | The human-oriented concept is the core of scientific view of development.The essential spirit and the scientific connotation of the scientific view of development can only be completely mastered with a deep understanding of this concept.Talents are the most precious and important strategic resources.The competition and the development of the enterprises can not be carried on without them.Therefore,the human-oriented concept must be truly reflected in the enterprise management. |
