| 摘 要： | 陪审制度是司法改革的一项重要内容;它有利于建立对司法的民主监督机制,有利于促进司法独立,有利于合议庭作出正确的裁判和裁判的顺利执行;应从明确人民陪审员任职条件和产生方法、明确陪审案件的范围等方面进行完善。

| Abstract: | Jury system is an important part in judicature reform,which is beneficial to establishing the demonstrative supervision system to judicature and promoting the independence of it,and it is also beneficial for collegiate bench to judge correctly and execute smoothly. The system should be perfected from the conditions of juror's holding a post and clear limits of serving as an assessor. |
