| 摘 要： | 从利益相关者理论视角来看,工程项目是一个众多契约的集合体,每个契约方都是工程项目的利益相关者。基于利益相关者理论的工程项目治理机制,应包括利益相关方的信息交换与处理机制、合作伙伴机制、激励与约束机制、冲突处理机制等。

| Abstract: | An engineering project is,on the perspective of stakeholder theory,an aggregation of varieties of contracts in which each contractor is the stakeholder of the project.The governance of engineering projects is involved,also based on the stakeholders theory,in the four mechanism of information exchange and processing,partners in cooperation,incentvie and constraint,and conflict processing with each related groups. |
