| Abstract: | Articles of association(hereafter shortened as Articles) belong to the category of legal text.The rhetoric features of English articles in Sino-foreign joint ventures from the lexical aspect are as follows:strings of synonyms or near synonyms,repeated words and formal words.In practical translation,the corresponding translation of merging and juxtaposing,method of repeating,method of word-equivalent translation can be adopted. |
