网络具有开放性、多元性、自主性的特点,信息网络对青少年产生积极影响的同时,也带来了消极影响。教育者应坚持正面教育和引导,加强校园网络建设和管理,加强校园文化建设,丰富业余文化生活,加强和完善其网络心理健康教育。

Network has the features of openness, pluralism and initiation. Information network brings about not only positive impact to teen-agers, but also negative influence to them.
