| 摘 要： | 独立学院是近年来我国沿海地区兴起的一种新的办学模式 ,对加快发展我国的高等教育大众化事业有着重要意义。发展独立学院要坚持社会主义办学方向 ;要加强师资队伍建设 ;要全面推进素质教育 ,提高教育质量。

| Abstract: | The independent college is a new way for higher education in the sea shore areas during the past years. It is significant in speeding up the development of higher education and popularizing this cause. In developing independent college,we should persist in socialist-orientation,strengthen the establishment of stuff ranks,put forward quality education and improve educational quality. |
