| Abstract: | To renew the idea of management and improve the art of management,the basic way of realizing humanity management in university library is to strengthen the construction of culture in library,establish the operation mechanism of "reader-orientation",stress the establishment of system,improve the quality of librarians and strengthen the evaluation of performance and restriction of regulations. |
