Abstract: | The traditional training mode for postgraduates by single supervisor, due to supervisor's limited energy,is not favorable for the cultivation of their creative ability and practical ability. The implementation of supervisor team training mode can help broaden postgraduates ' view and enrich scientific research and practical platform to promote cultivation quality. |
