| 摘 要： | 管理学界对泰勒科学管理理论的主要质疑是其"经济人"假设和机械模式。这其实是对泰勒的科学管理理论的误解。泰勒的管理思想在强调"经济人"的同时,并未忽视"社会人"的一面,且包含朴素的"人本管理"思想;机械模式则是科学作业规程,是提高劳动生产率的必然要求。

| Abstract: | In the field of management,scholars' main doubts about scientific management of Taylor were its "economic man" assumptions and mechanical model,which,actually is the misinterpretation of Taylor and the theory of scientific management.Taylor's management thought stresses "economic man",meanwhile,never neglects "social man",moreover,it contains the thought of "human-orientation management".Mechanical mode is scientific regulation,which is also inevitable to promote productivity. |
