| 摘 要： | 对1995年以来安徽省产业结构和就业结构偏离度的分析表明,安徽省产业结构变动中就业结构存在滞后性,农村富余劳动力向外转移面临长期压力。必须调整经济结构,以实现就业结构的优化,促进就业扩张。

| Abstract: | The analysis of the deviation degree since 1995 between the industry structure and employment structure in Anhui Province shows that there exists the hysteresis of employment structure in the change of the industry structure in Anhui Province and there faces long term pressures in the outward shift of surplus rural labor force.It is necessary to adjust the economic structure for the realization of industry structure optimization and the promotion of employment extension. |
