| Abstract: | The reasonable flow of teachers is beneficial to the development of higher education of China.To avoid the imbalance flow of teachers,those local universities and colleges should change the idea,make great efforts to the school running for high proficiency,construct the better environment material,spiritual,humanistic and institutional,and create the better atmosphere attractive to teachers working heart and soul. |
