| 摘 要： | 人是国家、社会、法律的主体。从人性的角度和历史的层面看,国家、社会和法律是依据人的利益需要的产物,并随人的利益发展而调整。国家、社会和法律的运行,必须有利于人的矛盾的解决、服务于人的发展,在知识经济时代,国家、社会和法律面临人的利益平等的呼唤,变革不可避免。

| Abstract: | Human beings are the main parts of the country, society and law. From the point of human nature and historical level, country, society and law are the products which meet the needs of human profits and adjust according to the development of human profits. The operation of country, society and law must be favorable for the solution of the human contradiction and serve for the human development. In the times of knowledge-based e-conomy, country, society and law are facing with the calling of equal profits and reforms are inevitable. |
