| 摘 要： | 构建和谐校园是高校建设的重要任务。相对于社会来说,高等学校是个小系统,而相对于高校党建工作来说,高等学校又是个大系统。学校党建工作是学校大系统中的一个子系统,在和谐校园建设中,首先要形成党内和谐,通过党的领导引领其他系统达到和谐,以促进校园和谐。
