| 摘 要： | 在渠道管理中,渠道控制理论和关系管理理论是共存的。有效地综合运用这两种理论,就能更好地进行渠道管理。要使渠道得到长期的发展,必须实现渠道的循环反馈机制,不断改进渠道管理。
