高等职业技术教育的人才培养规格主要解决人才培养的质量问题,是培养目标的具体化。本文分析了影响高职教育人才培养规格的主要因素以及用人单位对高职教育人才培养规格的要求,从构建维度论出发,研究了高职教育人才培养规格的三要素:复合知识结构、综合能力结构、人格素质结构。三位一体,形成一个有机的、互动发展的整体。

On the Training Specifications of Higher Vocational Education Talents

The training specifications of higher vocational education talents are the specifications of the training goal,mainly solving the problems of the talent-training qualities.This paper has analyzed the main factors influencing the training specifications of higher vocational education talents,and the require- ments of employing units to the training specifications of higher vocational education talents;it has also studied the three major factors of the training specifications of higher vocational education talents:the com- plex knowledge structure,the comprehensive ability structure,and the personality quality structure,the trinity forming an organic,mutually developing whole.
