摘    要:随着教育体制改革的不断深入,许多成人高校和一些重点普通中专学校纷纷改弦更张,通过资源重组、强强联合或强弱兼并等形式聚变为高等职业技术学院或开办了高职班,并呈现出迅猛崛起态势。但由于对高职教育的培养目标、教学模式等诸多方面的认识和界定还很模糊,从而使得高职教育成了大学与中专的“拼盘”式教育,严重制约着高职教育的可持续发展。因此,必须明晰高职定位,准确把握高职人才培养目标取向,并按照职业素质的具体要求,以技术应用为主线重构教学模式。

Abstract:With the further reforms of our educational system more and more schools for adult education and secondary technical education are merging into higher vocational colleges. But, as the new mergers, to some extent, cannot define clearly their training objectives and teaching modes, the so-called higher vocational education comes to be like assorted-cold-dish style with both the university and secondary technical school characteristics, which hinders its sustainable development. Vocational colleges, thus, are expected to understand clearly their position in the whole education system, to define clearly their training objectives, and to reconstruct their teaching modes according to the guideline that technology application is of greatest importance.
