基于物联网技术的PE管道监检系统研究

摘    要:一种基于物联网技术的聚乙烯(PE)管道监督检验系统,采用RFID电子标签、igBee通讯、嵌入式开发等物联网技术把PE管制造和监督检验过程中所涉及的人员、设备、原材料、产品等形成一个闭环物联网络,对企业生产过程设定的质量控制点W(见证点)、H(停止点)进行有效监控,实现监督检验有效性并满足监督检验规则的要求。

Abstract:This paper, based on the technology of the nternet of things, researches a monitoring and testing system for polyethylene pipeline production, in which RFID electronic tag, ZigBee communication, and embed- ded system are adopted to get involved the workers, equipment, raw materials and products to form a closed- loop network of things. This system can effectively monitor quality control points W (witness point) and H(hold point) pre-set in the process of production and can meet the requirements of monitoring and testing principles.
