基于物联网技术的PE管道监检系统研究

一种基于物联网技术的聚乙烯（PE）管道监督检验系统，采用RFID电子标签、igBee通讯、嵌入式开发等物联网技术把PE管制造和监督检验过程中所涉及的人员、设备、原材料、产品等形成一个闭环物联网络，对企业生产过程设定的质量控制点W（见证点）、H（停止点）进行有效监控，实现监督检验有效性并满足监督检验规则的要求。

A Study of the Monitoring and Testing System for PE Pipe Production Based on the Technology of the Internet of Things

This paper, based on the technology of the nternet of things, researches a monitoring and testing system for polyethylene pipeline production, in which RFID electronic tag, ZigBee communication, and embed- ded system are adopted to get involved the workers, equipment, raw materials and products to form a closed- loop network of things. This system can effectively monitor quality control points W （witness point） and H（hold point） pre-set in the process of production and can meet the requirements of monitoring and testing principles.
