| 摘 要： | 党和政府提出建设创新型国家的重大决策,意味着培养高素质的创新型人才应当成为高等学校人才培养的重要目标。文章对创新能力的含义和影响我国大学生创新能力的因素进行了较为详细的剖析,在此基础上,提出了高校学生创新能力培养的几点建设性意见。

| Abstract: | The Party and the Central Government made an important policy to build an innovation-oriented country,and training high-quality and innovative personnel has become one of the major goals of colleges and universities.In this paper,the meanings of innovation and the factors that affect innovative ability of students are discussed in detail;furthermore,several constructive suggestions are put forward to foster college students' innovative ability. |
