| 摘 要： | 经济法学领域的文献是网络中立研究的重要组成部分。当前欧美关于网络中立研究的经济法学视角主要形成了三派观点:支持网络中立并提出相关建议,质疑甚至反对网络中立规制,以有限中立、合作规制为理念的第三条道路。经济法学文献总体上支持网络中立规制,包含理性和建设性,对推进网络中立规制的研究和实践具有重要启示。

| Abstract: | The literature on economic law is an important component of research into network neutrality.Currently there exist three different views about network neutrality from the perspective of economic law: supporting network neutrality and proposing some related suggestions,doubting and even denying network neutrality,adhering to limited neutrality and co-regulation.The literature on economic law as a whole supports network neutrality regulation both rationally and constructively,which is of great significance to promote researches and practices of network neutrality regulation. |
