| Abstract: | It is one of the important Party building tasks to construct learning-oriented college student Party branches.This paper,based on the author’s understanding of the connotations of a learning-oriented college student Party branch,expounds on its four characteristics: energetic,times-specific,innovative,and advanced.Then,the paper,by referring to the theories of learning-oriented organizations and from the starting point of Party building,makes some suggestions to construct such a branch. |
