| 摘 要： | 中国的入世，为成人高教的发展既带来了挑战，也带来了机遇。广州成为高教充培训的发展，宏观上要靠政府转变职能，加强管理和服务；微观上要靠各培训单位创新体制，适应培训市场，调整结构，挖掘潜力。
