| 摘 要： | 从跨国公司技术垄断优势出发,研究跨国公司参与东道国市场竞争的研发策略行为。通过建立跨国公司与东道国企业研发创新的博弈模型,发现跨国公司比东道国的企业愿意进行更多的技术创新活动;但跨国公司的技术创新策略是选择风险小、能减低成本且规模效益明显的项目投资;东道国的企业则相反,对于技术创新的积极性比较小,但对风险的偏好较强。

| Abstract: | Starting from transnational corporation's technical monopoly superiority,the paper studies research and development strategy behavior of transnational corporation's participating in the host country market competition.By establishing research and development innovation game model of transnational corporations and the host country's enterprises,we have also discovered transnational corporations are more willing to carry on more technical innovation than the host country's enterprise.But transnational corporation's technical innovation strategy chooses project investment with small risk,lower cost and obvious scale benefit while host country's enterprise prefers the risk to technical innovation enthusiasm. |
