| 摘 要： | 20世纪 80年代以来 ,越来越多的企业通过战略联盟的方式参与全球竞争 ,这一“双赢”战略已经成为各个大公司获取自身利益最大化的最佳选择。然而 ,各公司在考虑战略联盟选择时 ,如何经过复杂的考虑做出最后决策是关系到企业发展的重要问题 ,通过战略联盟分析 ,提出了联盟选择需考虑的因素和层次分析选择方法。
