| Abstract: | The trend of the development of modern scientific teachnoly revolution is new scintific teachnolgy revolution,new industrial revolution and new industrial revolution which brings about,we must accelerate the advance of new-patterned industrialization to obey the trend;we must get a deeper understanding of the newpatterned industrialization from the two respects of "moderate degree" and "new",and develop circulation economy. |
