| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村是党和政府的一项重要决策,事关国家发展和三农问题的解决。农民工群体在建设社会主义新农村上有着无可替代的重要作用,它的存在不仅促进了农村经济、生产的发展,而且对农村精神文明建设及完善村民自治实现管理民主都发挥着重要作用。

| Abstract: | The central government released an important policy document on building new socialist rural areas,which relates to the country development and the solution to the issues among peasants,agriculture and rural areas.The existence of peasant workers not only promotes agricultural economy and production development,but also plays an important role in the constructions of rural spiritual civilization construction and the improvement of peasants' self-government to realize management democracy. |
