| 摘 要： | 创新教育是一种新型的教育理论 ,创新高等教育是创新教育的一个重要组成部分。创新高等教育包括创新高等教育观念、创新高等教育内容、创新高等教育模式和创新高等教育管理体制等方面。主要观点 :创新高等教育的关键是教育观念的创新 ,没有观念的转变就不可能有自觉的行动 ;教育内容的创新是创新高等教育的核心 ;创新高等教育模式在实现教育目标的过程中占有特殊重要的地位 ;创新教育的成败取决于高等教育管理体制的创新。
