员工人力资本经营的内容与策略

摘    要:从存量和增量两个角度分别论述了员工人力资本经营一个循环的具体内容和策略。在存量方面 ,通过对企业现有人力资本的数、质量情况和按定编定员方法所确定的人力资本的数、质量的标准进行比较 ,论述了企业应如何依照此标准改进自身的存量人力资本经营的具体内容和策略 ;在增量方面 ,主要从引进新的人力资本和提高自身已有人力资本两个方面论述了具体的增量人力资本经营的内容和策略。

Abstract:From stock and flow respectively, this article argues on the practical contents and tactics of one circle in the operation of human capital of personnel. For stock, through the comparison between the current state of quality and quantity of human capital in one enterprise, the standard of quality and quantity of human capital is calculated out by defining the structure and staff in the same enterprise. The thesis narrates the substantial contents and tactics of how to better an enterprise's stock human capital according to the standard. For flow, the thesis narrates the practical contents and tactics of the operation of human capital of personnel in an enterprise from enlisting new human capital and improving the existing state of human capital in the same enterprise respectively.
