| 摘 要： | 新时期，高等学校之间的竞争日趋激烈，核心竞争力是高校获得和保持优势的源泉。本文引进企业核心竞争力的理论，对高校核心竞争力的概念、特征作了分析，并指出科学定位是培育和提升高校核心竞争力的重要依据。文章还对高校培育和提升核心竞争力的途径作了思考和探索。

| Abstract: | Recently,the competition between universities becomes more and more fierce;therefore,the core competence is proved to be the source of acquiring and maintaining an advantageous position of the university.On the basis of the theory of core competence of the corporation,this paper deals with the concept,features of the core competence of the university.What's more,positioning has been pointed out to be the important condition of fostering and promoting it.Finally,several effective methods are suggested in this paper. |
