30年来我国宏观调控：经验、趋势与完善路径

改革开放30年来,我国经历了六个阶段的宏观调控。30年来宏观调控的经验表明:调控要见势快,力度得当,调控手段要以经济手段为主并积极关注价格波动。30年来我国宏观调控显示出从直接调控向间接调控转变、从行政手段向经济手段过渡、从注重单一总量调控向总量与结构并重转轨等趋势,完善我国宏观调控要沿着管理体系、目标体系与政策体系三条路径出发逐步进行。

Experience,Trends and Pathes to Improvement of Macroeconomic Management During Three Decades in China

Since China's open-up policy,it has underdone six phases of the Macroeconomic Management during three decades.The experience of 30 year told us that discovering the trend at an early stage and proper power is necessary for macroeconomic management.It also indicates that we should give first place to the economic means and pay attention to the price fluctuations.for 30 year our country macroeconomic management has demonstrated the transition from the direct regulation to the indirect regulation,from the administrative method to the economic means transition,from a single focus on the total quantity to both structure and quantity.To improve China's macroeconomic management should go gradually along with the system of management,target and policy.
