| 摘 要： | 全球化的发展缩短了国与国之间的距离,世界对以语言为核心的复合型人才的需求将会有增无减。海商法所调整的法律关系因具有较强的国际性,对传统的教育模式提出了新的挑战。在实施双语网络教学的前提下,如何高效、优质地培养出本专业双语人才是本课题研究的重点所在。

| Abstract: | With the development of globalization,nations are coming closer and closer.There will be an increasing need of interdisciplinary talents in the whole world.Because of its highly international nature,a new challenge has been put forward against the traditional teaching mode of maritime law. Under the condition of bilingual teaching through internet,this article is stressing on how to cultivate high-quality bilingual talents in an highly efficient way. |
