关于浙江实行粮食购销市场化的思考

国务院决定浙江从2001年起取消粮食定购，实行粮食购销市场化，这是促进浙江经济发展的一项重大的战略决策。本文从浙江省粮食流通体制改革的发展入手，分析了浙江实行粮食购销市场化的必然性及其主要障碍，参照国内外粮食流通的基本做法，提出从省情出发，建立符合社会主义市场经济要求的粮食经济制度的政策选择。

Thinking on Practising Marketization of Grain Purchase and Sale in Zhejiang Province

The State Council has decided to cancel grain purchase by contract and practise marketization of grain purchase and sale in Zhejiang Province from 2001.It is an important strategic decision for promoting economic development of Zhejiang Province. This paper introduces the situation of reform of the grain marketing system in Zhejiang ,analyses the certainty of practising marketization of grain purchase and sale in Zhejiang and its main obstacles,and puts forward in the light of domestic and some foreign countries' experiences some suggestions of setting up according to the provincial situation a kind of grain economic system of conforming to demands of the socialist market economy.
