| 摘 要： | 当前财经类高校学生管理存在工作定位困惑、队伍建设困难及内容与形式的困扰。面对＂大财经＂办学思路对财经类人才培养的理念创新,财经类高校学生管理要转变观念,走专业化发展路径,要以为学生发展为前提,变管理为服务,要实现学生事务工作运作方式上的多样性和个性化。

| Abstract: | There are some confusion of work positioning, team construction difficulties and the content and form of Fi- nance and economics university student management problems in present. In the face of ＂innovative financial＂ School of thought of Finance and economics training, finance and economics university student management must change idea, take pro- fessional development path, to think the student development as the premise, change management services, to achieve the student affairs work operation mode of the diversity and individuality. |
