| 摘 要： | 粮食产业化的趋势促使粮食企业选择增长型经营战略。粮食企业首先应通过增强核心能力实现内部增长，而增强企业的学习力、创新力和文化力是增强核心能力的重要途径。粮食产业化经营企业的内部增长支撑其外部增长。粮食产业化经营企业应实施外部增长型战略即一体化战略。粮食产业化经营企业应将垂直一体化与水平一体化并举。

| Abstract: | The trend of grain industrialization is causing the grain enterprises to choose the growth-type operation strategy. The grain enterprises should first realize their internal growth through enhancing their core capabilities, whereas enhancing the capabilities to study and to create is an important way for the grain enterprises to enhance their core capabilities. The internal growth of the grain enterprises with industrialized operation supports their external growth. The grain enterprises adopt the exter- nal growth-type strategy, i. e. , the integration strategy. While implementing the integration strategy, the grain enterprises should pay same attention to both vertical integration and horizontal integration. |
