| 摘 要： | 劳动力迁移是现代经济发展的普遍现象，它对一个地区的经济增长起着巨大的促进作用。本文利用模型分析了劳动力迁移对经济增长的影响，解释了不同地区经济增长产生差异的原因，并研究了最优劳动力迁移数量的问题。

| Abstract: | Labor migration is a general phenomenon in the modern economic development. It plays an enormous role in promoting the economic growth of an area. This paper analyses with a model the impact of the labor migration on economic growth, explains the causes of the difference in the economic growth of different areas and studies the problem of the optimum migration of labor. |
