| 摘 要： | 采取切实措施，把南京都市圈有较好基础的现代汽车、船舶产业做大做强是南京都市圈区域经济发展的必然选择。南京都市圈有条件建成我国重要的汽车、船舶产业基地，应当选择“科学导引，抢抓机遇，发挥优势，外引内吸，合作重组，做大做强”发展战略。南京都市圈各市政府必须有所作为，重视优秀企业家的领军作用，共同推进科技进步和技术升级，构建都市圈合作发展平台，建立以汽车、船舶产业为基础的新技术项目联合体。

| Abstract: | It is a necessary choice to take practical measures for further enhancing the well-developing modern motor and shipping industries in Nanjing centered city ring. There are some advantages to allow it to be built into the important industrial bases. The strategy should be relying on science, taking opportunities, exerting advantages, using interior and exterior funds, cooperating and being stronger. To realize the purpose, the local government should well recognize the excellent entrepreneur's role, promote science and technology and cooperation in the construction of the city ring. |
