| 摘 要： | 随着我国《信托法》和《信托投资公司管理办法》的颁布以及第五次信托行业的清理整顿结束，我国信托业的发展逐步走向规范化和法制化。本文分析了国外发达国家信托业的发展趋势和特点，并指出我国信托业发展能够从中得到的借鉴和启示。
