| 摘 要： | 随着网络的普及,犯罪组织网上招募未成年成员的现象呈急速上升趋势。为降低未成年人在网络情境下的犯罪动机,应分析犯罪组织网上招募未成年成员肆虐的原因,从微观和宏观措施入手,控制未成年人加入犯罪组织的网络诱因,从而实现对犯罪组织网上招募未成年成员的监控预防。

| Abstract: | With the popularity of the network,the phenomena of criminal organizations recruit juveniles online grow rapidly.To reduce the criminal motive of juveniles under the situation of network,we should analyze the cause of online recruitment of criminal organizations.Use the micro and macro measures to control Network incentives.By doing this,we can monitor and prevent juveniles from joining the criminal organizations online. |
