关于新农村建设中公共产品供给的几点看法

建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务。在我国，农村经济长期处于弱势地位。农村的公共产品供给问题成为制约农村发展的瓶颈。单一依靠政府提供公共产品供给显然是有缺陷的。建立城乡统筹的公共产品供给制度，进一步完善和规范对农村的财政转移支付制度，倡导政府与市场相结合的第三方参与公共产品供给模式，建立农村公共产品供需洽谈制度，推行农村公共产品供给的听证制度等方法可提高农村公共产品的供给水平。
