| 摘 要： | 2007年美国房地产价格的持续下跌和房贷的违约上升，引发了次级债金融危机并蔓延，并逐渐演变成全球性的金融风暴。中国目前正处于流动性过剩和资产价格大幅上涨、信贷投放过度的经济运行环境之中，此次风波对日益开放、快速发展的中国经济敲响了警钟。美国次级债危机的产生有其深刻的原因，深层分析华尔街金融风暴所暴露的金融创新与金融监管问题，对于保障我国经济的健康发展、防范金融风险将大有裨益。
