基于应用型人才培养的高校开放式实验室建设

随着社会人才需求对高校毕业生创新能力要求的提高和重视,以及高校教学体系中实验教学改革和发展的需要,各个高校相继出现了开放式实验的教学模式,但大多开放式实验室的管理方法并不科学,造成实验室效能的下降。通过对高校开放式实验室建设内涵的思考,提出开放式实验室建设设想,制定运行模式和管理措施,可以为今后高校建设开放式实验室提供参考和借鉴。

Open Laboratory Construction in University Based on the Training of Applied Talent

With the improvement and attention of the demand to college graduate＇s innovation ability,as well as the needs of experimental teaching reform and development,open laboratory＇s teaching mode has appeared in various universities.But most of their management methods are not science,resulting in a decline in laboratory performance.Through the consideration of open laboratory construction,the idea of building an open laboratory and developing operation mode and management measures can provide reference for the future development of universities＇ open laboratory construction.
