构建高职院校贫困生帮扶体系研究

大学生就业难,高职贫困生就业更难,如何帮助高职贫困生成长成才是一个事关教育公平与和谐社会构建的问题。为此,针对高职贫困生经济压力大、心理压力大、学习压力大、综合素质低和社会资本低等五个特点,根据帮扶高职贫困生的现状,构建以就业为导向的帮扶体系,切实解决高职贫困生成长成才问题,实现教育公平,促进社会和谐可持续发展。

Research on Building the Supporting System for Vocational Students Based on Employment

It is difficult to get employment for graduates and it is more difficult for higher vocational colleges.How to help higher vocational students in growth and success is a matter of education fairness and constructing harmonious society.Therefore,in view of the five characteristics of the high economic pressure,psychological pressure,learning pressure and low comprehensive quality and social capital,according to the present situation of supporting higher vocational students,from ＂give a man a fish,except where the obstacle,＂ ＂give a man a fishing,and useful way＂,＂the people＇s aspirations,the futures＂ three aspects,we should build job-oriented supporting system to solve the problems of higher vocational students＇ growth,realize the education fairness,and promote the sustainable development of social harmony.
