| 摘 要： | 民办高校是改革开放后新兴的教育产业,学生构成具有复杂性、特殊性,管理研究相对滞后,尚处于起步阶段。民办高校的大学生是当代大学生群体中比较特殊的一部分,他们绝大部分是"优越的第二代",既有当代普通高校大学生所具有的共同特点,又有比较鲜明的特殊性。民办高校的辅导员是学校与学生之间沟通的桥梁,是学生的向导,也是学生的朋友,必须时刻关注学生的心理健康,在思想上、自身能力上做好充分准备,用足够的耐心和信心去完成学生管理工作。
