| 摘 要： | 政府的职能作用主要体现在政治职能、经济职能、社会职能和文化教育职能等方面。目前我国体制改革正处在转型时期,如何在社会主义市场经济条件下立足中国国情,充分发挥我国政府的基本职能作用,加强地区经济管理,促进经济繁荣,是新时期社会主义市场经济建设的重要课题。
