| 摘 要： | 2010年初以来,国家密集出台了一系列房地产新政,盐城作为三线城市,房地产市场基本保持稳定,房地产金融呈趋缓迹象。＂十二五＂期间,盐城房地产业面临着诸多良好的发展机遇,存在巨大的扩张空间。为此,应认真研究盐城市房地产市场的运行特点及存在问题,为其平稳、有序、健康发展提供相关建议。
