| 摘 要： | 在当前的经济形势下，加入WTO无疑是发展中国家的必然选择。在WTO多边贸易体制中，发展中国家既面临巨大的机遇，也面临严峻的挑战。如何在有效保证发展中国家产业安全的同时，进一步增强WTO多边贸易体制的活力和生命力，处理好国际贸易自由化和国家产业安全这对矛盾，将是WTO多边贸易体制长期发展的难题。探讨发展中国家如何通过积极参与WTO规则的制定和有效利用WTO现行规则来保障自身的产业安全，具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
