| 摘 要： | 经济发达地区的优质城市商业银行在同业竞争中具有贴近地方经济的优势,但同时也存在经营风险高的内在缺陷.优质城商行的目标和出路是突破地域限制发展成为区域性商业银行,为此必须进行准确的市场定位并通过采取引进战略投资者、充实资本金和完善激励机制等策略,以求在竞争中胜出.

| Abstract: | Competing among the same industry, the high-grade city commercial bank in the prosperous areas is su- perior in local economy. Meanwhile, the high risk of operation also lies in its inner defects. The aim and outlet of the high-grade city commercial bank is to break through the regional confines to develop in regional commercial bank. For this reason, market establishment should be accurately settled in order to triumph over in competition through adopting certain strategy, such as introducing strategic investors, amplifying capitals and improving incentive mechanism. |
